REPAIRS
Tenants who are under a Management lease with Roxburgh – ALL repairs should be reported to our office on 01292 314313.
If you have a Boiler Cover plan, details of this can be found in your Lease Pack provided to you when you received your keys.
Out of Hours Emergencies – Please call our Emergency number on 07833 240 851 and our voicemail system will provide you with information on our emergency out of hours contractors. If you have arranged a call out which is not an emergency, please note that you will be charged.
NO GAS – If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999
NO ELECTRICITY – please check your fuse box in the first instance. If you experience an unplanned power cut, you can call 105 for free to report it. This number connects you to your electricity network operator, who can provide help and advice.
