Maureen Eaglesham
Director
Maureen has been working with the Roxburgh Group since 1985.
Maureen previously had roles with both the insurance and Financial Services departments before transferring to the Properties Department in 1993.
Maureen was promoted to Local Director in 2021.
Maureen has seen a huge change in the sector during her time with the company, however the one thing that has not changed is her desire to continue to develop and provide the best possible service to landlords, vendors, tenants, and purchasers.
Focusing on the needs of her clients and the team of people she works with is at the heart of everything Maureen does.

Dawn Stitt
Lettings Manager
Dawn, our Lettings Manager, has been a member of the Roxburgh team since 2014. With over 30 years’ experience in customer service, she ensures our managed properties are excellently maintained and any reported issues are swiftly and effectively resolved.
Dawn handles landlord and tenant requests and uses her market experience to offer honest advice that best meet their needs. She consistently goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and hassle-free for everyone involved.

Property Sales & Lettings Consultant
Linda has almost 20 years’ experience in all aspects of Property Sales and Lettings.
She has a broad array of skills, experience and qualifications in property management, with proven interpersonal skills gained over many years in customer facing roles.

Jacqui Passant
Estate Agent
Jacqui joined our team in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. Before joining us, Jacqui honed her skills at a well-known estate agency in Ayr, where she developed a deep understanding of the local property market. With over 20 years Sales Experience, her background is uniquely diverse, having also worked as a luxury hand-painted kitchen designer in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, where she developed a flair for design and an appreciation for high-end finishes.
With a strong family connection to the building industry, Jacqui has always been immersed in the world of property having grown up in several renovated homes through her childhood. This experience came full circle when she renovated and extended her own home in Troon, a project that was so impressive it was featured nationally in the Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms (KBB) magazine.
At home, Jacqui lives with her husband and two young boys. She enjoys an active lifestyle, spending her free time outdoors, cycling, running, and exploring new places with her family. Although she does need a lot of coffee to keep her going! Jacqui’s expertise, combined with her passion for beautiful homes, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Sancha Byrne
Property Sales & Lettings Consultant
Sancha has been with Roxburgh for 3 years and covers all aspects of rentals and occasionally sales. She has over 15 years experience in customer service and enjoys the social aspect of the job.
Sancha mostly covers our Stewarton area however is happy to help where ever you may be located.
Sancha has a very bubbly outgoing personality and is always looking to help where she can.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and flying off to the sun at every opportunity!
